Join the American Constitution Society in Washington, D.C., for two days of thoughtful conversations, dynamic programming, and strategic networking at the 2027 ACS National Convention. On June 10–11, we will convene at the historic Mayflower Hotel, bringing together nationally recognized legal scholars, practitioners, students, and advocates to analyze critical legal issues and explore how to use the law as a powerful tool to advance progressive ideas and protect our rights and democracy. In June 2026, we gathered to celebrate ACS’s 25th anniversary and chart a bold path forward under a clear mandate from ACS President Phil Brest:
“Though we’re in a moment of darkness, we are certainly not in a moment of retreat.”
Looking ahead to June 2027, the challenges facing our democracy, the rule of law, and the progressive legal movement will continue to demand our collective action and focus. We look forward to carrying our momentum forward together.
