WVU College of Law Constitution Day Speeches

The WVU Student ACS Chapter will be hosting a presentation at the WVU Law School on Constitution Day, 9/17. It will focus on WV and the teachers strike as well as Janus (the SCOTUS case that just came out gutting public sector labor law). Prof. John Taylor (education law expert at WVU) will be discussing the educational aspects of the teachers strike. Prof. Anne Lofaso will be discussing the Janus decision as well as the teachers strike.
