"What're We Voting On?" — North Carolina's Proposed Constitutional Amendments

Join ACS for a panel discussing the proposed constitutional amendments on North Carolina ballots this fall. Panelists will include Tomas Lopez of Democracy North Carolina, Professor Jack Boger of UNC Law School, and a member of the Southern Environmental Law Center legal team representing the NC NAACP in a challenge to the inclusion of the amendments on the ballot.
