Voting Rights Moot Court Series: Higgins v. County of Dallas

Come watch Chad Dunn, Director of Litigation for the UCLA Voting Rights Project, as he moots his arguments in the 5th Circuit voting rights case Harding v. County of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Dunn is representing Dallas County in a suit by petitioners claiming a racial gerrymander of white residents.
