Title IX Comment Writing Party

On Thursday, November 29, the Department of Education released its notice of proposed rule-making on Title IX. The proposed Title IX guidelines will disrupt universities and endanger sexual violence survivors.

We have until January 28 to respond.

Join us on Thursday, January 24, from noon to 1:30 to learn more about the proposed regulations and how you can make an impact by participating in the Department of Education's Notice and Comment process. Elizabeth Tang from the National Women's Law Center will provide an overview of what the proposed regulations do, then be on hand to help us write comments (bring a laptop!). Pizza will be served. All are welcome.
