The Supreme Court Commission's Report

Please join ACS next Tuesday, November 8th at 12:10 PM in SLB 127 for a conversation with Professor Cristina Rodríguez and Dean Heather Gerken regarding their work on President Biden’s Supreme Court Commission. Professor Rodríguez served as Co-Chair of the Commission and Dean Gerken served as a Commissioner. The Commission released their final report in December of 2021. We will be discussing the report and their perspectives on proposals for Supreme Court reform.
