Judge Weilheimer has served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 2025. She previously served as a judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas from 2014 to 2025.

A veteran of countless judicial confirmation battles, Brest served as a Special Assistant to President Biden and a Senior White House Counsel, Chief Nominations Counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee under Senator Durbin, and Chief Counsel to Senator Feinstein prior to his appointment as ACS President this year.
