The Willamette Law ACS Student Chapter is excited to announce its event on the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act, Wednesday March 17th from 5:30-7:00 PM (PST). This law is the first of its kind and will result in Oregon being the first state to legalize Psilocybin for medical treatment.

We have an all star panel with the leading advocates and legal experts in this emerging and exciting area of law:

Sam Chapman: Campaign Manager for Ballot Measure 109 and Executive Director of the Healing Advocacy Fund.

Daniel N Abrahamson: Former Director of Legal Affairs for the Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) and Special Counsel for Roots Community Health Center.

Kathryn Tucker: Special Counsel at Emerge Law Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Psychedelic Practice Group. Kathryn is also Executive Director of the End of Life Liberty Project (ELLP), a leading patient rights advocate, and author of an article recently published in the Willamette Law Review titled “Oregon’s Pioneering Effort to Enact State Law to Allow Access to Psilocybin, a New Palliative Care Tool.”
