With the New Supreme Court of the United States and based on their decisions (Gorsuch and Kavanaugh) in the lower courts or on the Supreme Court, what can we expect will be the effect of the new configuration on US International Law Obligations? Professor Ben Davis will discuss the effect of the new U.S. Supreme Court configuration on international law obligations in the lower courts and on the U.S. Supreme Court.
