The Kids Are Alright

Join the Notre Dame Law ACS Student Chapter, the LGBT Law Forum, the SBA D&I Committee, and the American Civil Liberties Union for a special event with Professor Jennifer Mason McAward and an attorney from Lambda Legal. At this event they will be discussing Fulton v. City of Philadelphia which was argued before the Supreme Court in November. This case involves Philadelphia which declined to renew the Catholic Social Services (CSS) contract placing children in foster homes because of CSS’s discrimination against same-sex couples.
