The History of Originalism

The University of Wisconsin Law School Student Chapter of the American Constitution Society will host Attorney Dan Cotter. Attorney Cotter will speak on the history of originalism and its role in the rightward shift of Supreme Court jurisprudence over the past 40 years. Attorney Cotter is Co-Chair of the Chicago Lawyer Chapter of ACS.
