Join the Yale Environmental Law Association (YELA) and American Constitution Society (ACS) for an event with Miles Farmer, entitled, "The Fight for Clean Energy in Trump's America."

The event will be this Thursday, October 11, at 12:10 pm, in Room 124. Mr. Farmer will discuss what environmental attorneys, energy regulators, and law students can do to fight against climate change and pollution and for cleaner energy and environmental justice.

Miles Farmer is a Clean Energy Attorney with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). In his work with NRDC's Eastern Energy team and the Sustainable FERC Project, Miles aims to make our electricity system cleaner and more efficient. Prior to joining NRDC, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, concentrating on energy regulation and project finance. He clerked for Judge Debra Livingston in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Farmer holds a bachelor’s degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Yale University and a J.D. from Yale Law School. He is based in New York City.
