The Death Penalty in Wyoming and Beyond

Zoom, Zoom, Zoom

The ACS University of Wyoming Law Student Chapter is proud to host a zoom event on the death penalty this Friday the 13th at 4pm MST. All are welcome to join. It should be an interesting discussion about the history of the death penalty including its racially disproportionate use, its application to the wrongfully convicted, and its substantial moral and financial costs.

Joining us for this event are Diane Lozano, the head of Wyoming's Office of the State Public Defender; Tamara Brady, a former public defender from Colorado who successfully defended James Holmes - the Aurora theater shooter; Kylie Taylor of Conservatives Concerned about the Death Penalty; and Sarah Craft of Equal Justice USA.
