Texas: DACA & Immigration

We will have one of our expert Professors, Professor Nordahl, discuss important issues impacting our immigrant community. He will be presenting on the state of DACA (recent case decisions and regulations imposed) and the influence that Texas has had on our Immigration Laws. We will also be holding space for a discussion on what Texas has done by shipping some immigrants/migrants to other states. & how that may impact their immigration cases. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and raise their concerns. This event is being hosted in collaboration with the National Lawyers Guild.
