Supreme Court Roundup

Members of the UNL chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society will participate in a conversation about current trends in Supreme Court jurisprudence. Professor Eric Berger, Professor Kyle Langvardt, and Professor Paul Weitzel will engage in a discussion about recent SCOTUS decisions and their impact on American law, followed by an opportunity for audience questions.
