This event featured 4 speakers who are all Boyd faculty:
Professor Bartrum spoke about issues in constitutional law relating to Plessy v. Ferguson and how the current Parents Involved case misused Brown v. Board of education.
Professor Cooper spoke about the pre-text doctrine in criminal law.
Professor Hanan spoke about the criminalization of supernatural forces such as psychics and fortune-telling and how they relate to gender.
Professor McGinley spoke about the issues in our current workplace discrimination laws.
This event was held both in-person and online.
