Nicole Berner is General Counsel to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and Partner at James & Hoffman, a D.C.-based labor and employment law firm. Her legal career has focused on the intersections of economic justice, racial justice, gender equality, and LGBTQ rights. Lunch provided as supplies last.
