Religious Liberty and General Applicability

The Federalist Society and Temple ACS will host a conversation on religious liberty and the usual concerns with laws of general applicability, such as compatibility with healthcare and discrimination laws. Speakers will be Federal Society-affiliated Law professor, Helen Alvaré of George Mason (former counsel to the Catholic Church), and Constitutional Law Professor and Temple ACS Faculty Advisor, Mark Rahdert.
