Reimagining SCOTUS: Court Reform, the New Ethics Code, and the Future of the Court

American University Washington College of Law, Yuma Building, Room Y401, Washington, District of Columbia

In recent years, advocates have raised an array of potential reforms to SCOTUS, ranging from Congressional leaders drafting ethics legislation to informal debates over “court packing.” Which of these efforts shows the most promise for improving Americans’ faith in SCOTUS? Do any of these efforts stand a chance at becoming law? Even more, how do we convince people they should care?

Join Russ Feingold, former U.S. Senator and current ACS President, as he discusses Court reform and the future of SCOTUS.

Lunch will be provided for the first 100 attendees; please register here: https://forms.gle/3t85x3avssvs6GpF6
