Questioning Qualified Immunity

UCLA School of Law, Room 1420, Los Angeles, CA

Questioning Qualified Immunity (and Other Doctrines that Help Government Officials and Police Escape Accountability)

The UCLA Law chapters of the Federalist Society and American Constitution Society will host a discussion with attorney Anya Bidwell, about how the ahistorical doctrine of qualified immunity helps police and government officials evade accountability when they violate an individual's constitutionally protected rights.

A non-pizza lunch will be served.
