Pro Bono Training: Election Protection Volunteer Program

Join us this Friday as we partner with Common Cause MA for training on how to become an Election Protection Volunteer. Their nonpartisan voter protection program seeks to ensure every eligible voter who wants to vote can do so, and that every vote is counted accurately. Attendance at this event is a required prerequisite to volunteer with Common Cause on 11/7 and 11/8.

Volunteering opportunities include:

Poll-watching: Identify issues at the polls, answer voters’ questions, and connect those who are denied a ballot to legal resources. 

866-OUR VOTE Hotline Monitor: Respond to and field calls from voters concerning election deadlines, trouble at the polls, and other issues and track and record information accordingly.

Voter Contact Volunteer: Use phone banking tools to talk to thousands of voters to give them accurate voting information and support.
