Originalism Debate Between David Schwartz and Kurt Lasch

The University of Wisconsin Law School Chapter of the American Constitution Society will host Professor David Schwartz (University of Wisconsin Law School) in a debate with Professor Kurt Lasch (University of Richmond School of Law). Professors Schwartz and Lasch will debate the theses of Professor Schwartz's recently released book "The Spirit of The Constitution: John Marshall and the 200-Year Odyssey of McCulloch v. Maryland."
