Notice & Comment Writing Workshop: Title IX and the Department of Education

Join us and write a comment on a new Department of Education proposal that would overhaul the rules governing campus sexual assault, reducing the liability of colleges and universities for investigating sexual misconduct claims and allowing accusing parties to cross-examine their accusers, among other contentious changes. Co-sponsored by the Washington College of Law Office of Public Interest and the Women and the Law Program.
