Even though the right to marry has been settled, federal courts continue to grapple with high-profile and important issues of LGBTQ equality, including employment discrimination, President Trump’s transgender military ban, parental rights, and others. Maurer Professor Steve Sanders and Kara Ingelhart, Staff Attorney with Lambda Legal, will discuss the cases and issues currently in play and what might be next to reach the Supreme Court.
