LGBTQ Educational Workshop

Amanda Keller, Director of the Magic City Acceptance Center, will host a free educational workshop. Topics will include a discussion of definitions, terminology, best practices for working effectively with the LGBTQ community, and a brief overview of local and national LGBTQ resources. 

The Magic City Acceptance Center is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ youth, providing services to over 650 youth each year through such initiatives as counseling, drop-in hours, art programs, support groups and summer camp.
