Legislating for Progressive Change: A Conversation with Assemblymember Rob Bonta

Join Rob Bonta, who represents California's 18th District in the California State Assembly, for a discussion of how to create lasting, effective progressive change through legislation. Assemblymember Bonta is a YLS grad with a passion for social justice, born of his experience growing up in the farm worker organizing movement. His legal career included work as a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, where he represented the City and County and its employees, and as a private attorney, where he fought to protect Californians from exploitation and racial profiling.
