Legal Writing from the Perspective of 10th Circuit Judge Bacharach

Please join the DU Law ACS Student Chapter on Feb. 2nd at noon for a virtual lunchtime talk where Judge Bacharach will be discussing his book, Legal Writing–A Judge’s Perspective on the Lessons from Science and Rhetoric. The book uses scientific principles to show how attorneys, judges, and law students can improve the clarity and memorability of their legal writing. The book illustrates these lessons with examples from accomplished advocates, judges, and orators, such as FDR, Churchill, and Martin Luther King, Jr.
