Labor Law Lunch & Learn: Worker's Rights Post-Chevron
The Emory Chapter of The American Constitution Society is partnering with Emory’s National Lawyers Guild and Labor & Employment Society to host a lunch and learn panel on changes and in worker’s rights following Supreme Court’s decision to end Chevron deference.
We’ll ask panelists about the changes they’ve noticed this year and what they expect might be different depending on the results of the November election. Panelists include 3L Andrew Hull and Labor Attorneys Daniel P. Murphy, Esq., Professor John Hunt, and Nicolas M. Stanojevich.
The panel will be held on Monday, October 28 at 12:15 in Room 1B of Gambrell Hall at 1301 Clifton Rd NE.
Our hope is that our members will leave with practical information about Labor and Employment Law practice and a stronger understanding of the work of agencies such as the NLRB.
