The UDC and GW Law Chapters of the American Constitution Society are hosting a panel on what a Justice Kavanaugh could mean for civil rights on the Supreme Court. Hear from Lena Zwarensteyn, Fair Courts Project Director from the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Jon Greenbaum, Chief Counsel and Senior Deputy Director from the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Professor Rafael Cox Alomar from UDC, and Mark Joseph Stern from Slate. Lunch will be provided.
