Justice Kavanaugh’s Confirmation and Implications for Reproductive Rights

The ACS student chapter at the University of Houston Law Center, in partnership with If/When/How, will discuss what Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation could mean for Roe v. Wade, other Supreme Court precedent, and the grassroots organizations that provide services to individuals seeking an abortion. The conversation will feature Blake Rocap, the Legal Director for Jane's Due Process, and Kate Jackson, a board member for the Clinic Access Support Network.
