Juliana v. United States: The Constitutional Implications of Climate Change

This panel discussion will delve into Juliana v. United States, a 9th Circuit case scheduled to be heard on October 29th. The case concerns the Constitutional implications of climate change - specifically, whether the United States' actions that have contributed to climate change have unconstitutionally deprived future generations' right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
