Judge Robert Bacharach on Legal Writing: A Judge’s Perspective

The ACS University of Virginia Law student chapter is happy to welcome the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach.  

This event will feature a discussion that will explore the insights Justice Bacharach has accumulated in his tenure as a magistrate and circuit court judge, associate and partner at Crowe & Dunlevy, P.C., and his tenure as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. 

This event will also explore the role of science and rhetoric in effective and concise legal writing.
