Judge Millett Constitution Day Lecture: "The Most Fragile Branch"

ACS is co-sponsoring this event with the Institute of Bill of Rights Law for a lecture with Judge Millett, who has served on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals since 2013. Before joining the bench, Judge Millett was a partner leading the Supreme Court and appellate practices at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. She has argued 32 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
