Information Meeting and Training for the ACLU/ACS Pro-Bono Courtwatching Project

Anyone interested in getting more pro bono hours this year should attend our informational event on the 2019 Court Watching Project sponsored by ACS for the ACLU. Volunteers will have an opportunity to get pro bono hours through attending arraignments and court proceedings to monitor for violations of LB259, passed in 2017 and effective 2019. Students will be able to commit to as few or as many hours as fit their schedules. This is a great opportunity for Pro Bono work, and all students are highly encouraged to attend.
