Fighting the Trump Administration: A Conversation with Marc Elias

Please join ACS for a conversation with nationally recognized voting rights attorney and Duke Law alum Marc Elias about his efforts to protect voting rights and combat partisan redistricting. Marc coordinated the response to the Trump Administration’s efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election, winning 64 of 65 cases. Marc has also argued four cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and represented Democratic campaigns at all levels in hundreds of cases across the country. Our discussion will focus on Marc’s background, his experience as a national litigator, and ways emerging attorneys can get involved in election law generally. No need to be a member of ACS to attend!
