Federal Trade Commissioner Noah Phillips in Conversation with Professor Alvin Klevorick

Please join YLS ACS for a conversation between Federal Trade Commissioner Noah Phillips and Professor Alvin Klevorick. Commissioner Phillips will discuss a wide array of topics related to the FTC, including his path to becoming a commissioner, his experience on the Commission, and opportunities for bipartisanship within antitrust. This event will be conducted in a hybrid format with the Commissioner appearing virtually and Professor Klevorick moderating in person.

This session will be the first in a series of events focused on the FTC. We will be bringing in other members of the FTC throughout the term to discuss the Commission's important work.
