Electoral College vs. National Popular Vote
Please join the American Constitution Society's Detroit Mercy Law Student Chapter and the ACS Michigan Lawyer Chapter for a virtual event on the "Electoral College vs. National Popular Vote." We are excited to welcome Professor Richard Primus, an American legal scholar who currently teaches Constitutional Law at the University of Michigan Law School.
Primus previously served as a judicial clerk for the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, won the first ever Guggenheim Fellowship for Constitutional Studies, and has had his scholarship referenced by everyone from the New York Times to the United States Supreme Court.
