Election Law at Berkeley Symposium

Event will be headlined by noted litigator Paul Smith to discuss current election law issues before the Supreme Court, including his recent argument before the Court in Gil v. Whitford. Mr. Smith also litigated Lawrence v. Texas and will share his experiences about litigating LGBTQ issues before the Court. This event will also bring a number of other local speakers together from the surrounding Bay Area legal community to discuss continuing issues in election law. Students attending this event will get to expand their knowledge by hearing from lawyers working on cutting edge legal issues, build professional contacts with practicing lawyers, and bring in diverse perspectives from across the legal community.
