Drafting Drug Treatment Laws

Join Willamette Law ACS and Law Students for a Sensible Drug Policy to learn about the bill drafting process for the Oregon Legislature, directly from the champion of the 2020 Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Act, Anthony Johnson. The Act is a citizen led initiative seeking to greatly expand access to health assessment, treatment and recovery services for drug addiction, paying for these services by re-allocating money from existing taxes.
