Does the Law Hear Women?

On Campus, Room 207, Camden, NJ

After the recent Kavanaugh hearings, a question that raised was whether our legal system affords protection to victims of gender-motivated violence. Based on a recent CNN opinion article, written by Diane L. Rosenfeld, where she discusses what changes in our legal system are necessary for law to provide justice for women, we at Rutgers Camden are teaming up with The Federalist Society to hold a panel with Constitutional law professors that will weigh in on questions regarding what protections our Judicial system affords to victims of gender-motivated violence.
