Discussion with Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth Circuit

Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth Circuit will discuss the contents of his recent book about state constitutions, 51 Imperfect Solutions. He will discuss how these "solutions" are both conservative and liberal in different aspects. For example, Judge Sutton was one of the only conservative appeals court judges to rule in favor of the Affordable Care Act.
