The American Constitution Society and ACLU NorCal SCU Law Club are hosting an expert panel discussion for Constitution Day, September 17th from 12-1pm, on Defending the Right to Protest. Panelists will discuss recent protest cases in the Bay Area and explain how the government has developed new tactics and technologies to disrupt and restrict lawful assembly and protest.
