Defending Colorado's Anti-Discrimination Laws at the Supreme Court: Eric Olson Speaks on 303 Creative

Please join DU’s ACS Chapter in welcoming Eric Olson to discuss his experience in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, which is pending at the Supreme Court following oral arguments in December 2022. 

A follow-on to Masterpiece Cakeshop, the case involves a Free Speech and Free Exercise challenge to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act brought by a graphic designer of webbing websites who wishes to post a statement refusing service to same-sex couples.
