Criminal Law: Nevada Legislative Update

The lobbyists for the Public Defender, District Attorney, local legislators, and other leaders will discuss the criminal justice reform measures that were considered in the 2019 Nevada legislative session, including voting rights for felons. Speakers will be: John Jones (Lobbyist, District Attorney's Office), John Piro (Lobbyist, Public Defender's Office), Ozzie Fumo (Assemblyman for District 21 & Private Defense Attorney), Steve Yeager (Assemblyman for District 9 & Chairman of the Assembly Judiciary Committee in 2019), and Marc Schifalacqua (Senior Assistant Henderson City Attorney for the Criminal Division & Former District Attorney). 

We will be having an Olive Garden build your own pasta bar as well.
