Creighton Law: To Dobbs and Beyond

This event is focused on the controversial and deeply impactful Dobbs decision the Supreme Court published this past summer, overturning decades of precedent. Professor Kendra Fershee will be leading our discussion on the rationale for the Supreme Court's decision, as well as the far-reaching ramifications of Dobbs. We will also make sure to leave plenty of time for any questions about the decision.

The event is happening on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 12:00 in Room 124. We will be providing a light lunch to people who attend, as long as supplies last. The event is co-sponsored by Creighton Law's Women's Law Student Association and Health Law Student Association.
