Court Packing Revisited

The University of Wisconsin Law School Chapter of the American Constitution Society will host Attorney Tim Burns of Perkins Coie LLP and member of the ACS National Board of Directors to discuss President Roosevelt's court packing plan and what court reform measures a future Congress might propose.
