Conversation with Death Penalty Information Center Senior Director

Pauli Murray Suite, Washington, DC

In March, Governor Gavin Newsom issued a moratorium on the death penalty in California - the state with the largest number of condemned prisoners.

Howard University School of Law is pleased to welcome Ngozi Ndulue - Senior Director of Research and Special Projects with the Death Penalty Information Center - who will discuss Newsom's recent decision and its potential impact on capital punishment in America. Ms. Ndulue will also discuss DPIC's recently released report "Behind the Curtain: Secrecy and the Death Penalty in the United States.”
