The University of Memphis ACS Student Chapter is excited to host a lunch discussion with Congressman Steve Cohen. On Monday August 30th from 12:00-1:00 p.m. CST Congressman Cohen will join Memphis Law ACS for a discussion of the Electoral College and recent activities within the Congress to address issues with the scheme which the Electoral College has operated under since the 18th century.
