The ACS Nebraska Student Chapter is proud to welcome Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgia State University, and author of Supreme Myths: Why the Supreme Court Is Not a Court and Its Justices Are Not Judges and Originalism as Faith, Eric Segall.

This lecture will focus on the reality of how Supreme Court justices approach deciding constitutional problems, and why originalism does not provide the answers that its proponents say it does. Professor Segall will also discuss alternative approaches to solving some of the legitimate problems that Originalists raise.
