Presenters

Professor Mike Steenson, Mitchell Hamline School of Law

Professor Mike Steenson is the Bell Distinguished Professor of Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the University of Iowa School of law. Professor Steenson is a member of the American Law Institute and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Along with Professor Peter Knapp, he is a co-reporter for the Minnesota Civil Jury Instruction Guides. He teaches in the areas of Torts, Constitutional Law, and American Legal History.

Professor Mehmet Konar-Steenberg, Mitchell Hamline School of Law

Professor Konar-Steenberg holds the Taft Stettinius & Hollister/Xcel Energy Chair in Energy and Environmental Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Konar-Steenberg teaches U.S. and comparative constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and property law in Mitchell Hamline’s traditional and blended programs. Professor Konar-Steenberg is co-editor of Minnesota Administrative Procedure, an online collaboration with members of the Minnesota Bar Association Administrative Law Section and other administrative law practitioners.
